Data we collect

We collect only the data required to deliver the service:

• Application form data: name, phone number, email, Instagram handle, website, advertising budget range and any notes you provide.
• Service data: if you become a client, ad account performance data, invoices and payment records.
• Technical data: server logs, IP address and browser information (for security and error tracking).

How we use your data

We process your personal data in order to:

• Review your application and respond to you
• Enter into a contract and deliver the service
• Issue invoices and meet statutory record-keeping obligations
• Measure and improve service quality

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use the following service providers to deliver our service and share only the data that is necessary:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — running advertising campaigns
• Supabase Inc. — database hosting
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting
• Competent public authorities — only where legally required

Retention

If your application is unsuccessful, we keep application data for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the applicable statutory retention periods (generally 7 years for invoices and accounting records).

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, request restriction of processing and request data portability. To exercise these rights, write to samet@uzaydijitalmedya.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Strictly necessary cookies are used only to maintain a session when signing in to the admin panel.

If we change this policy, we publish the updated version on this page and revise the date shown above.
